odiogo

We frequently talk about finding ways to make text more accessible to our members. I know that we have odiogo on this site. How does this work and where can we find more information? Would this be something to add to our website somehow and post our newsletter or parts of it to address this possible need?

  1. As I recall, Odiogo is for blogs, or some other sequential postings, so if we posted articles on a blog, we could enable them with Odiogo. You can look at the specs at Odiogo.com for more information.

  2. I've been reviewing the posts, and it seems as if Odiogo cuts out at around 30 seconds. I've obviously found a glitch in the system. I'll have to go back and explore further to see if we need to pay for more time...

  3. Odiogo responded promptly to my inquiry about the length of the podcasts. It turns out that your settings on the blog must be set at Full, in order for Odiogo to "see" all of the words and digitize them into audio. Pretty slick...
